have you seen the abandoned polar bear cub on the news? he's too cute for words - and yes I know some people are saying he'd be better off dead...

I think "300" looks like one of the most homoerotic blockbuster movies since Top Gun and before that Spartacus. I certainly look forward to seeing it. Gerard Butler was pretty sexy in Tomb Raider 2 but in this one he's really buff and fights in his speedos - phwoar. Check out the official site for behind the scenes training footage. It doesn't get much more latently gay than this...

while shopping in the Spar I notice from the cover of OK magazine that gobby Kerry Katona has squeezed out another sprog, which she describes as being "like a frozen turkey from Iceland". They must be paying her well to do product placement in interviews now.... (though it could backfire considering that the thought of eating one of her children is not really a nice one)

I'm still fiddling about with my music site. CSS and IE6 is giving me nightmares. Here's how the page should look (approximately) and it works in Firefox

but open the page in IE6 and mysteriously the contents of the table escape and always slide to the top and middle of the page.

bloody annoying is what it is. I posted on a forum asking for advice and got sneered at by the experts for my lack of expertise - and they didn't tell me the solution either... ho hum. Anyone got any ideas? You can have a look here if you think you might be able to help...

I just spent about 3 days creating a new website for my music. I've made loads of music and noone's buying it or listening to it so a new offensive was called for. You can see the new site here (excuse the pretentious bollocks). It's a bit of a dog's dinner visually but I shall continue to tweak it and add content. I learned a fair bit about style sheets (at last) and found some handy bits of javascript. It wasn't done very elegantly but was ruthlessly hacked till it look right passable in IE and Firefox. I don't think it would pass any tests or win any awards for website coding...

If only I could find a job which allowed me to do this stuff at home during the hours I chose...

(I wished they'd iron out the pissing bugs in Blogger - I've had to go back and republish this post about 4 times so far)
